The following challenges await you:

  • As "Head (m/f/d) of Global Quality" you are responsible for leading the development and execution of the global quality strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment across all functions, including design, supply, manufacturing, and customer-facing quality processes.

  • You lead the creation and maintenance of robust quality assurance frameworks for all products and processes.

  • In addition you oversee the implementation of quality control measures at every stage of the product lifecycle, from design through to final product delivery.

  • You drive global initiatives to enhance product quality, optimize testing processes, and reduce defects and rework.

  • Moreover you proactively identify risks related to product quality, safety, and compliance, and develop mitigation strategies.

  • You build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of quality professionals.

  • You build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.

Your Profile: 

  • Master's degree in Engineering (e.g., Materials Science, Physics, Electronics) or a related field.

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Quality Management within the electronics or automotive industry, with a strong preference for sensor technology.

  • Fluent in English

  • Proven experience leading global quality initiatives and managing quality teams across multiple regions and cultures.

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to implement long-term goals while managing day-to-day operations.

  • Strong passion for driving quality, innovation, and continuous improvement in a high-tech, fast-paced environment.

  • Proven experience in leading and managing quality teams with a focus on team development.
