That's why I've been working in orthopedic medical technology for over five years — first at another company, and now at Heraeus Medical. What drives me? The desire to make a tangible difference in people's lives through my work. Two invisible engines drive me every day.
Taking responsibility
The first driver is the product, our bone cement. A material that restores life. Imagine: a patient who was previously helpless can now be independent again - washing themselves, moving around, and leading a more self-determined life. Our work has a direct impact - we are responsible for an extremely good product that restores mobility and quality of life.
