As Corporate Consulting and Digitalization team at Heraeus, we know the challenges today's global manufacturing and service companies face. The following challenges await you:

  • As a “Digital Consultant (m/f/d)”, you will drive the further development of our services and digital products in the area of IoT and digitalization.
  • You will be responsible for initiating and managing projects in the areas of digital transformation and process improvement at Heraeus.
  • You will also be responsible for driving a data-driven mindset throughout the organization.
  • I your role you will drive interest in digital topics at Heraeus and be the first point of contact for further discussions.
  • You will ensure that successes are made visible and communicated on all available (digital) platforms within the community.
  • You will develop a strong "user intimacy" through a deep understanding of the goals and working methods of the target users at Heraeus and/or the customers.
  • Furthermore you will work closely with colleagues from the Data Science and Customer Experience teams and maintain an open and close collaboration with internal and external project members, partners and customers.

Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed master's degree in business, IT, engineering, or equivalent knowledge gained through experience
  • Work experience as a strategy consultant, digital transformation manager or product manager
  • Strong affinity for IoT, software development, and data analytics; experience in one or more of these areas a plus
  • Deep knowledge and broad perspective of future digital technologies and their potential applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to see the big picture
  • Curious, dynamic and enthusiastic with a drive to understand the "why" and implement new solutions
  • Understanding of how a business operates
  • Open and positive communication; ability to build rapport and trust in face-to-face conversations and communicate clear messages within the team
