Your Role and Responsibility: 

  • Process transactions in accounting software.
  • Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approvals.
  • Provide support for accounting projects.
  • Support accounting department in setting up its procedures and guidelines on the company portal.
  • Support and assist with various task in the Accounting Department that could involve:
    • Coding vendor invoices.
    • Preparing journal entries.
    • Reporting
  • Support all Accounting departments with various administrative task.

Reports to:  Controller

What Is Require for this Role: 

  • Current student or recent graduate in Accounting, Business or Finance. 
  • The candidate will need to resourceful, reliable, open-minded and an independent thinker.
  • Have a keen interest in understanding the daily practices of accounting.
