What you can achieve:

  • In your role as Supply Chain Excellence Manager (m/f/d), you will drive the efficiency and quality of our supply chain as a strategic staff member reporting to the Head of Supply Chain & Operations.
  • Specifically, you will be responsible for establishing and developing a cross-divisional KPI structure, analysing key figures from all supply chain and operations functions, and moderating performance reviews.
  • In addition, you will identify and realise optimisation potential along the entire supply chain – from planning, procurement and logistics to production and customer service – and establish standardised continuous improvement processes for sustainable implementation.
  • As a strategic partner, you will prepare analyses and concepts, support audits, workshops and transformation projects, and actively participate in the further development of end-to-end processes.
  • As part of active change and stakeholder management, you will moderate cross-functional workshops, communicate progress and best practices, and promote a data- and performance-oriented culture in all supply chain units.

What you bring to the table:

  • Degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, business administration, production engineering or similar
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in supply chain, operations excellence, performance management or a related field
  • Very good analytical skills and confident in using KPIs, dashboards and BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, Excel Advanced)
  • Knowledge of process optimisation and Lean/OPEX; Six Sigma is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to structure complex topics and drive them forward across departments
  • Very good German and English skills
