Summary: 

As a Site Controller, you will play a critical leadership role at our manufacturing site, partnering closely with operations and site leadership to drive financial performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.This is a high-impact, visible role with direct influence on site strategy, decision-making, and operational success. If you enjoy being close to the business, influencing outcomes, and leading with both structure and collaboration, this role offers meaningful scope and stability. 

Your Role and Responsibilites:

  • Lead all site-level finance and compliance activities, including month-end and year-end close

  • Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the site

  • Provide actionable financial insights to support operational and strategic decisions

  • Identify financial risks and opportunities; drive profitability and cost improvement initiatives

  • Oversee cost control, capital expenditures, and adherence to approval guidelines

  • Partner closely with operations, shared services, tax, treasury, and global stakeholders

  • Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements

  • Serve as Site Compliance Officer

  • Lead and develop one direct report (Assistant Controller)

  • Champion continuous improvement and process efficiency

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)

  • 6–10 years of finance experience in a manufacturing environment

  • At least 3 years of site-level controlling experience

  • Strong knowledge of U.S. financial regulations and IFRS

  • Solid SAP experience and advanced Excel skills

  • Proven ability to partner with operations and senior leadership

  • Hands-on, proactive mindset with strong integrity and attention to detail
