The primary responsiblity of this role is to provide necessary systems and administrative support to meet or exceed quality requirements. Actively participate in expanding and improving the effectiveness of the Quality Management System. Will provide support in developing and implementing quality programs, including tracking, analyzing, reporting, and problem solving.

Your Role and Responsiblites:

• Administers the control of all QMS documents including the updating of electronic/paper files and the updating of related databases.

•  Performs routine inspections of shopfloor logs, assuring good log keeping practices and equipment monitoring.

•  Performs / oversees inspection of incoming raw materials

•  Reviews analytic results and Performs Usage Decisions on completed ILOTS

•  Assists with creation of IPLANs to support production

•  Collaborates with department leads to track and generate quality throughput reports.  

• Assists with Customer Complaint/Corrective Action system.

• Assists with the Auditing program to include conducting internal and supplier audits.

• Reviews quality trends based on quality data system information and participates in the generation and implementation of continual improvement projects.

• Performs other duties assigned by QA Manager.

What id required for this role:

Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a quality function within an ISO 9001 certified business

• Possess thorough knowledge of the ISO 9001:2008 standard

• General knowledge of statistics and statistical process control

• Certified as an Internal Auditor

• Highly organized with proven follow-up skills
