The primary responsibility of this position is to balance production orders and ready them for back-distribution

Your Role and Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate production orders and raw materials / MRP-Planning
- Processing of request for quotation and coordination of delivery dates
- Release production orders
- Ensuring a smooth production process, including coordination of the right items in the right amount at the right time, in the right place
- Prepare capacity overviews and coordinate the right production capacity
- Secure the on-time delivery of production
- Monitor delivery times and stock levels
- Lead the weekly CFM meeting incl. documentation
- Control unprocessed material bookings (COGI)
- Lead and develop Planning employees
- Maintain all relevant production master data like BOM´s and Routing´s.

What is required for this role:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business management, Accounting, Chemistry,
- Or equivalent experience (min 5 years) in production planning.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
- Be detail oriented and can think critically.
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity, professionalism, and leadership ability; exhibit a high level of motivation and initiative with the ability to meet deadlines.
