As a Senior Digital Consultant for Digital Transformation and Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Heraeus' digital transformation journey. You will work closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, define strategies, and implement impactful digital and data-driven solutions.

The following challenges await you:

• Acquire, lead and manage digital transformation & strategy projects across business units aligned with organizational goals.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable digital initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Act as thought leader and trusted advisor to internal stakeholders at different levels - from operator to senior management - fostering a data-driven and innovation-oriented mindset.
• Analyze business processes and KPIs to identify optimization potential using digital tools and data science methods.
• Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions using Design Thinking and agile methodologies to identify digital opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and validate digital prototypes and MVPs.
• Ensure effective project execution using agile and lean startup principles.
• Promote knowledge sharing and success stories across the organization to build digital momentum.

What is required for this role:

• A master's degree in business, engineering, computer science, data science, or a related field-or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in digital transformation, ideally in a consulting or corporate innovation environment
• Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to connect digital solutions to business value
• Proven track record in agile project management with a focus on digitalization projects ensuring successful implementation and stakeholder satisfaction
• Curiosity in industry trends and technology advancements to provide thought leadership and recommendations for continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Hands-on experience with data analytics, digital platforms, and emerging technologies
• Familiarity Design Thinking and lean startup approaches
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adjust your style to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent organization capabilities, including the ability to initiate tasks independently and see them through to completion
• Ability to create work product-focused materials / outputs, including PowerPoint decks, Excel models, articles, or other written deliverables
• Exceptional time management to meet your responsibilities in a largely autonomous work environment
• Fluent in English and German
