The following challenges await you:

As a Sales Manager (m/f/d) Anodes, you will be responsible for the sale of precious metal recycling services in an international environment with customers from various industries.
In your role, you will report functionally to the Managing Director of Heraeus Recycling Technology Canada Ltd. in Canada.
In this regard, you will build relationships with customers and partners, establish networks in key markets, and drive a sustainable future.
You will work closely with the trading, operations, and other precious metal-related departments.
In addition, you will use your expertise in market and competition analysis to implement a sales strategy that consistently meets or exceeds sales and profitability targets.
You will prepare customer, market, and territory reports.
The acquisition of MMO anodes for HRTC is an important part of your activities.
In addition, preparing quotations and negotiating contracts is an exciting part of your responsibilities.

Your profile:

Successfully completed degree in business administration or comparable field, as well as experience in sales
Basic understanding/experience in the field of precious metals
Basic knowledge of Microsoft CRM Dynamics and good experience with MS Office applications such as PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent verbal and communication skills in German and English
Hands-on mentality, sense of responsibility, and reliability
Organizational talent and the ability to work with highly qualified employees in a chemical environment
