About our Corporate Consulting Team

As Corporate Consulting and Digitalization team at Heraeus, we know the challenges today's global manufacturing and service companies face. We work on key topics that are highly relevant for the performance of the Heraeus Group and thus create real added value side by side with our colleagues in the Operating Companies. We have deep expertise in Supply Chain Excellence (e.g., Operations, Lean Six Sigma) and Commercial Excellence (e.g., Marketing and Sales). The following challenges await you:

• Within our Supply Chain Excellence Team, you will contribute to strategic transformation projects that deliver measurable business results across global operations.
• As part of your role, you will lead international initiatives – from production optimization and planning improvements to network design and logistics refinement.
• Guiding projects through the full lifecycle – from identifying challenges and developing concepts to hands-on implementation in close collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Operational leaders will benefit from your coaching and critical questioning as they work to elevate performance and embed sustainable improvements.
• Working across our business units, you will help shape programs that impact entire value chains and unlock long-term value.
• The diverse nature of our projects and the close connection to top decision-makers ensure continuous opportunities to grow and take ownership.
• State-of-the-art tools, international teamwork and a results-driven culture define your daily work environment.

Your profile:

• University degree in a relevant field such as engineering, operations, supply chain or business – completed with strong results
• Proven track record of leading strategic and operational projects, with 4+ years of work experience in a leading management consultancy (must-have)
• Strong understanding of lean principles, operational processes, and end-to-end thinking
• Ability to structure complex problems, develop practical solutions, and implement them hands-on
• Confident communicator across all levels – from shop floor to C-suite
• Project management expertise and strong team orientation
• Experience working in shop floor environments and international project settings
• Fluent in both German and English
• Willingness to travel (50–75%), depending on project demands
• Leadership skills – even without formal authority
