As an e-commerce intern, you will work closely with our experienced and dynamic team and contribute significantly to the development of our new digital customer platform. You will gather requirements based on input from various departments in Germany and abroad, accompany the development and perform tests for newly implemented functions. In doing so, you will gain valuable insights into the business processes of a global player and at the same time develop your skills in the areas of business, marketing and IT.

The following challenges await you:

You are actively participating in the implementation and execution of operational and strategic tasks in eCommerce.
You are working conceptual in the further development and support of the eCommerce store and customer platform.
Check of the platform to ensure that new functions are implemented correctly and meet user requirements is also your responsibility.
You are developing test cases and, depending on previous IT knowledge working on the automation of the tests.
Last but not least you are carrying out research and analyses to identify optimization potential in the digital solutions used and to derive concrete measures.

Your Profile:

Degree in economics/Business Administration, computer science, business informatics or comparable field of study
Strong interest in e-commerce and digital applications
Good knowledge of working with common MS Office applications
Initial programming knowledge is welcome, but not required
Very good written and oral communication skills in English, German skills at least level B1
