The following challenges await you:
Support the Regional Sales Director (RSD) and Executive Area Managers (EAMs) in planning, coordinating, and executing sales activities, events, and training sessions.
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers—resolving inquiries, facilitating orders, and ensuring timely follow-up and satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, account updates, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Assist with market research, competitive analysis, and the collection of customer feedback to support sales strategy and product development.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentation materials for internal and external meetings.
Manage scheduling, travel, logistics, and ensure approved materials and equipment are available for all sales-related events.
Build strong relationships with key healthcare stakeholders while staying current on market trends and wound care advancements.
Ensure all activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Your Profile:
- BS/BA in business, healthcare, or a related field or equivalent experience required.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles, ideally in the healthcare or medical device industry.
- 1-2 years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue biologics of the healthcare industry preferred.
- Experience supporting field sales teams, including scheduling, event coordination, and customer follow-up
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
- Comfortable using virtual tools like Microsoft Teams for meetings and presentations
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; flexibility to travel or work outside standard business hours as needed
- Experience working in startup or mid-sized company environments
