The following challenges await you:

  • You own our integrated B2B marketing and communication strategy to drive business success, to strengthen our unique brand proposition in the market and to evolve partnerships with our customers.
  • You plan, develop, and implement strategic, tactical and operational marketing activities, including the selection and orchestrating of our global trade shows and other critical touch points.
  • You plan our communication for key target audiences and relevant communication channels including internal and external stake holder, media, and communication campaigns.
  • You drive our digital communication channels like our company website or social media and bring them to the next level regarding attraction, relevance and talkability.
  • You safeguard our communication standards, branding guidelines and legal requirements.
  • You lead our marketing- und communications team and continuously develop their future-fit-capabilities. 
  • You report directly to one of our presidents and shape our culture through communication as a key driver.

Your Profil:

  • You hold a master’s degree in business with focus on marketing, communication or other relevant topics.
  • Minimum of 15 years’ experience in the area of marketing and communication.
  • Experience in leading and developing teams.
  • Strong track record in developing and implementing successful marketing - and communication campaigns, especially internal communication, and trade shows.
  • Highly skilled in communicating in German and English, delivering clear and impactful messages also for complex topics.
  • Self-starter with structured and hands-on approach, with an eye for the detail, out-of-the-box thinking, playing to win in a team, and highly emphatic.
  • Pro-active in dealing with challenges and change and the ability to impact positively the team and the wider corporate culture.
  • High level of ethical standards and integrity.
