We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Cloud Integration Architect (m/f/d) to design and implement scalable, secure integrations within our HR technology landscape. Your primary focus will be on delivering seamless integration solutions for SAP SuccessFactors while also leveraging SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Fiori applications to enhance user experiences and data flow.

The following challenges await you:

  • Design, develop, and implement robust integration solutions for SAP SuccessFactors using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Cloud Integration Suite.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored integration solutions.
  • Lead the design and execution of integration architecture, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and compliance with business objectives.
  • Incorporate SAP Fiori applications into integration processes to improve user interfaces and workflows.
  • Ensure all integration processes comply with data security, privacy regulations, and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain system reliability and performance.
  • Provide technical guidance and support during SAP SuccessFactors implementations, migrations, and upgrades.
  • Document integration architectures, workflows, and technical specifications for stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Fiori, and SAP BTP advancements to drive continuous improvement.
  • Management of the SAP Identity Authentication Service (SAP IAS) as central Identity provider.
  • Creation and management of SAP BTP Global Accounts and subaccounts.
  • Implementation of Identity replication scenarios with the help of SAP IPS.
  • Implementation and administration of a central Fiori launchpad in the cloud.


Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Integration Architect, specializing in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Strong expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Cloud Integration Suite, and SAP SuccessFactors APIs
  • Familiarity with SAP Fiori design principles and its integration within SAP landscapes
  • Experience integrating with ERP systems, payroll, or time management solutions
  • Knowledge of security protocols such as OAuth, SAML, and SSL
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • SAP certifications in SuccessFactors, SAP BTP, or SAP Fiori are a plus
