1.    Execute activities related to qualification process in the HMCR site to install equipment, run set up for manufacturing lines or equipment and provide support during the dry run and validation run (installation, operational and performance).
2.    Provide support in ramp up for manufacturing process and monitoring KPIs (scrap, pph, etc) to ensure the right set up of manufacturing lines or equipment, resolve mechanical or electrical issues through collect data of the process and provide feedback to operations about the performance of manufacturing and inspection activities.
3.    Execute improvement projects base on engineering or manufacturing priorities and process trending to demonstrate the use of Lean tools.
4.    Execute and monitor safety protocols according to Company guidelines evaluating process/machine risks and potential risk reduction initiatives as needed. 
5.    Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisor and internal customer to support manufacturing.

Requirements
•    Validations for manufacturing medical process
•    2+ years of work experience in injection molding. 
•    Graduated as a Plastic technician / desirable
•    Experience with process and equipment validation IQ/OQ/PQ activities.
•    Intermediate in spoken and written business English  desirable
•    Demonstrated troubleshooting capability.
•    Experience with clean room operations
•    Strong communication skills interacting with all levels of a company's hierarchy
•    Strong mechanical and electrical expertise
•    Intermediate Computer literacy
•    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; very detail-oriented
