A slightly different way of working and leading
Two things have been driving me in my job at Heraeus Medical ever since. One is our product: knowing that every year we help millions of people to live a life worth living again. Anyone who has experienced severe pain can imagine what that means.
The other is the way I work. I find it fulfilling to create an environment in which my employees feel comfortable, are productive, and enjoy coming to work. I see myself as a servant to my employees—this is called servant leadership. It means being there for the team, creating structures that provide stability, and establishing routines that give strength.
Timo's purpose
I'm not a typical production manager. I can be one when necessary. But what really drives me is the opportunity to use my knowledge and skills to improve the lives of others – both our patients and my team. That is my purpose. And that is exactly what gives me strength."
