Mission:

  • Establish, implement and maintain the entire Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure adequate quality of deliveries to customers. 
  • Ensure that all stakeholders apply the company's established quality processes. 
  • Make proposals for continuous improvement in terms of Quality. 
  • Plan and carry out internal, customer and supplier Quality audits. 

Main responsibilities :

  • Implementation and improvement of the QMS in compliance with ISO 13485. 
  • Overall site Quality management and interface with the Global Business Unit (GBU) 
  • Drawing up and implementing audit plans 
  • Implementation of risk-based management 
  • Improving customer satisfaction through effective handling of customer complaints 
  • Improving the quality of purchased products and services 
  • Guarantee conformity of incoming and outgoing products, as well as quality processes 
  • Provision of statistical tools and methods 
  • Determining the monitoring and measurement activities to be undertaken 
  • Managing and developing the department's staff. 


Your profile:

  • Master's degree in Quality (or equivalent qualification) 
  • Full mastery of ISO 13485 standard 
  • Proven experience in managing and preparing quality audits 
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills 
  • Mastery of statistical tools - Six Sigma certification - Black Belt preferred 
  • Fluency in English (C1) 
  • Experience of the medical devices and components subcontracting industry 
  • Team management experience of at least 10 years 
  • Writing and communication skills in French 
  • Knowledge of micromechanical industries
