EHS and Quality Manager
The primary responsibility of this position is to manage and oversee the Quality and EHS Departments within the site.  

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of EHS and technical safety, vision, goals and programs
  • Budget responsibility for the site EHS Department
  • Establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve an EHS Management System according to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
  • Conduct site wide training for EHS & Quality
  • Understanding of Company Quality Mission and specific laboratory QC/QA protocols and corrective/preventative actions. 
  • Support and actively participate in Company 7S program, Lean Programs, or similar company programs. 
  • Assures that documented methods are always followed.
  • Create training plan and schedule for all personnel in all required methods including required QC/ QA. 

What is required for this role:

  • Bachelors degree in related field or relevant experience 
  • 5-years’experience in related industry and production/manufacturing 
  • Working knowledge of OSHA standards and compliance
  • Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, permit layout templates are required), Word, Outlook 
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision, must be a self-starter
  • Professional written and oral communication skills
