The following challenges await you:
• Partner with the VP, Sales and travel with the salesforce to support efforts to convert prospects to purchase Mirragen bioactive glass products. 
• Work with the Head of Surgical to identify opportunities for the sale of MirraSurg in the US. 
• Work with the Sales trainer to create and execute excellent training materials for salesforces, distributors, and customers. 
• Work with marketing to develop and implement an encompassing and inclusive road map for promotional plans, customer journeys, collateral creation, and brand management. 
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in the wound care product landscape.
• Prepare the bio-active glass forecasts, analyze trends and the effect of determined competitive strategies. 
• Collaborate with regulatory affairs to navigate approvals and certifications for new and existing products.
• Collaborate with R&D and logistics to define product specifications and features. 


Your Profile:
• BS/BA in related discipline
• 3-5 years extensive experience in skin substitutes and wound care product management. 
• 3-5 years of portfolio management that included annual business planning development.
• Prefer 3-4 years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue biologics of the healthcare industry.
• Previous experience in startup and medium sized companies
• Strong emotional intelligence. 
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and written skills.
