Project Manager Assistant（Outsourcing）
岗位职责：
- 协助项目经理推进工程项目全生命周期管理，包括项目立项、方案设计、施工准备、施工实施、竣工验收及移交等全过程工作；
- 参与项目总体计划制定，跟踪项目关键节点，及时识别并推动解决影响项目进度的问题；
- 协助组织项目例会，编制项目进度报告及相关管理文件
- 负责装修、机电安装、公用工程改造等项目施工现场管理工作；
- 监督施工单位按照施工图纸、技术规范及施工方案组织实施；
- 对施工质量进行全过程监督检查，确保工程质量符合国家规范、行业标准及公司要求；
- 参与施工过程中的技术协调，及时推动解决施工现场出现的专业技术问题
- 跟踪项目施工进度，监督施工单位按计划实施并落实纠偏措施；
- 协助审核工程量、工程签证、设计变更及付款申请；
- 配合项目经理进行项目预算控制和成本管理，确保项目费用控制在批准预算范围内；
- 识别项目实施过程中的成本风险并提出改善建议
- 负责现场EHS管理，监督施工单位严格执行公司和国家相关安全管理要求；
- 审核及签发每日施工作业票，开展施工现场安全巡查；
- 监督承包商落实高风险作业管理要求，包括动火、登高、受限空间、临时用电等特殊作业；
- 确保项目实施符合相关法律法规、建设规范及公司内部管理要求
岗位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，土木工程、建筑工程、工程管理、机电工程、暖通、电气自动化或相关专业。
2．具备3-5年大型工装项目建设施工管理经验，熟悉机械加工类建设装修尤佳
3. 熟悉工程项目前期资料申报和工程报建等办理工作
4. 熟悉相关政策法规，具备与岗位所需的相关专业知识，熟练使用办公软件和CAD制图软件
5. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能吃苦耐劳，有高度责任感
