Position Summary

We are looking for an EHS Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to support the Global EHSQ function in Process Safety and Operational Safety. The successful candidate will work closely with Engineering, Maintenance and Operations to improve safety performance across manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Process Safety Management (PSM) activities.
  • Participate in HAZOP studies and process risk assessments.
  • Support machinery safety assessments and CE compliance activities.
  • Coordinate contractor safety and construction site safety.
  • Perform workplace inspections and incident investigations.
  • Support permit-to-work and Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) programs.
  • Contribute to ISO 45001 implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years of experience in an industrial EHS role.
  • Good knowledge of Process Safety, machinery safety and contractor management.
  • Experience with risk assessment methodologies and industrial safety standards.
  • Knowledge of HAZOP, CE Machinery requirements and Permit-to-Work systems; familiarity with ATEX and Functional Safety is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
