The following challenges await you:
- We always work in teams with flat hierarchy levels – as part of our project teams, you will consult the leaders of Heraeus' operating companies to realize performance improvements on strategic commercial topics such as marketing, sales, pricing, new business models, sustainability, or growth initiatives.
- During the national and international projects you will conduct interviews, analyze data, develop improvement initiatives & new concepts, and support the implementation activities.
- Every project is unique as our operating companies are very diverse and operate in dynamic markets (from established market leaders to innovative start-ups). This means you will face new challenges constantly and have multiple opportunities to learn and grow.
- Your responsibility is to drive for impact and long-term value - You determine the way to achieve this!
- The solid ground for our projects is our existing Commercial Excellence Toolbox which needs to be continuously expanded with new approaches and established good practices.
- State-of-the-art technology and training - You will work in a modern office environment and can take advantage of various training opportunities to promote your professional and personal development.
- Over the course of approximately 3 years, we support you in developing yourself into your next (leadership) role within Heraeus, according to your interests and expertise.
Your Profile:
- Business or technical degree completed with excellent results
- Professional work experience with commercial topics such as Sales, Pricing, Marketing, Product Management, OTC, growth initiatives etc., ideally in a B2B context
- Both profiles welcome: experience working for a top management consulting firm and/or for a leading industry company (ideally with experience in project based work)
- Excellent communication skills, outstanding ability to structure complex problems and very confident/quick with numbers and analyses
- High motivation and reliability, eagerness to learn, open-mindedness, team player attitude
- Showing strong initiative and ownership - "waiting for instructions" is not an option for you
