The following challenges await you:

  • Operate long-turning machines to produce medical micro-precision parts from various precious metal alloys.
  • Inspect the manufactured components using a microscope (visual inspection), optical measuring devices (measurement), or mandrel tests for micro dimensions (up to 0.1 mm).
  • Change tools and align them precisely in the µm range.
  • You read the necessary CNC programs and make minor adjustments as instructed.
  • As part of the team, you regularly and actively participate in team dialogues and contribute to projects for continuous improvement.

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed apprenticeship as a cutting machine operator or comparable education.
  • Knowledge in the operation and programming adjustment of CNC machines
  • Strong fine motor skills
  • Teamwork skills and a careful way of working
  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift model
