This role involves inputting all production line information into SAP, encompassing production movements, scrap material, and back flushes, while providing administrative support for production records. When operating within a cleanroom environment, the position will require utilizing equipment to clean, process, and pack products in accordance with customer shipment criteria. It combines technical SAP expertise with hands-on cleanroom production to ensure efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.  The schedule for this shift is Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily shipping of customer materials and receipt of supplier materials, ensuring quality standards and accurate SAP recording.
  • Ensure outbound deliveries meet customer standards and shipping requirements, with precise SAP transaction entries.
  • Package production parts using vacuum seal equipment and packaging supplies as per customer specifications, and print necessary labels.
  • Perform goods receipt tasks, including unloading, inspecting, storing, and completing SAP transactions.
  • Receive, inspect, pack, store, and ship products according to SOPs, ensuring timely and defect-free order fulfillment.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workplace by adhering to 5S protocols, ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Conduct annual physical inventory counts and weekly cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy, resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Manage stocking and transfer of chemicals and supplies between warehouse and production areas.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support team operations.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills for efficient material handling and perform physically demanding tasks to support warehouse operations.

What’s required for the role

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping and receiving, or production environment.
  • Familiarity with using SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Strong attention to detail for accurate labeling, packaging, and inventory management.
  • Basic computer skills, particularly in inventory software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to operate packaging equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
  • Competence in managing physical inventory counts and resolving discrepancies.
  • Physical ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds, with stamina for standing, bending, and reaching.
  • Understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and safety procedures, including 5S methodology.
  • High school diploma or equivalent in a relevant field of study.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
