Das kannst Du bewegen:
- Mitarbeit am Herzstück unseres Talentprozesses – Du unterstützt die Vor- & Nachbereitung der jährlichen Talentkonferenzen und koordinierst alle Prozessschritte mit unseren globalen HR-Teams.
- Talente, Talente, Talente – Du bringst dich in der Kommunikation mit den Heraeus Talenten und in der Organisation der eignungsdiagnostischen Verfahren zur Entwicklung unserer Talente ein.
- Spannende Projekte – Du erhältst viele spannende Einblicke, recherchierst aktuelle Themen & Trends und wirkst in verschiedenen Initiativen zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung des Talentmanagements mit, bspw. der Schaffung eines neuen Formats zur Vernetzung der globalen Talente.
- Moderne Kommunikation – Mit frischen Ideen bereitest du diverse Kommunikationsmaterialien rund um unseren Talent- und Nachfolgeplanungsprozess auf, verfasst Artikel für unser Mitarbeitendenportal und führst Übersetzungsarbeiten durch.
- „Admin-Kram“ – Du betreust unser zentrales Global Talent Management Postfach. Sei es bei Präsentationen, Auswertungen oder der Pflege unserer Datenbanken – Du packst aktiv mit an.
- Die Ausführung der Tätigkeit erfolgt nach Absprache während des Semesters in Teilzeit (max. 20h/ Woche) sowie in der vorlesungsfreien Zeit nach Bedarf gern auch in Vollzeit (max. 37,5h / Woche). Ein Praktikum sollte mindestens sechs Monate dauern und in Vollzeit absolviert werden.
Das bringst Du mit:
- Du steckst mitten im Studium – Als Studienrichtung passt Betriebswirtschaftslehre ebenso gut wie Psychologie oder Wirtschaftspädagogik.
- Erfahrung ist immer gut – Vielleicht hast du schon erste Praktika oder Werkstudierendentätigkeiten im Personalmanagement oder im Bereich Marketing und Kommunikation absolviert.
- Deine Skills – Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten – gepaart mit sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen. Du bringst eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit, bist organisationsstark und hast einen ausgeprägten Blick fürs Detail.
- Du bist ein echter Teamplayer – Du arbeitest gern in einem dynamischen Umfeld und bist in der Lage mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu managen.
- Du bist digital affin – Mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen kennst du dich aus und bist bereit, dich in unsere HR-Systeme einzuarbeiten.
